As a member of the Fashion team and reporting to the Türkiye Fashion & WFJ Director you contribute to the support and development of the 5 Chanel Boutiques in İstanbul and Bodrum.
In a context of heightened challenges for Fashion Europe, the role of the Business, Merchandising & Operation Manager within the team is decisive in:

Supporting the performance management of the network's Fashion Boutiques
-
Ensuring product assortments for each collection are in line with the “One Boutique One Story” and Fashion Europe strategy
-
Strengthening and animating the community of Sales Managers and Operation Managers
-
Promoting local best practices towards regional teams and reporting on their specific needs
-
Supporting boutiques on operational projects and topics
-
Coordinating distribution projects (boutique opening, renovations, relocations)
What impact you can create at Chanel
Retail Business Analysis:
-
Build the annual commercial objectives, coordinate the monthly objectives with the boutiques and ensure follow-up
-
Carry out the network performance analysis: monitoring and analyzing network indicators (sales, Fashion Advisors objectives, products/collections performances) and building ad-hoc reports
-
Lead performance improvement action plans such as incentives
Participate in finance forecasting in collaboration with the Finance team
Product Merchandising
-
Ensure the OTBs are in line with boutique needs and priorities
-
Coordinate the buying sessions, support Boutique Managers in the construction of their assortment embodying the “One Boutique One Story” strategy
-
Pilot the collection lifecycle (buys, collection launches, transfers, recycling)
-
Collect qualitative feedback on collection to share with Europe Product Merchandising community
-
Optimize collection performance and pilot stock, by working 360 with local VM, Learning and Style Expertise
Operations
You provide day-to-day support to the retail teams to ensure the smooth running of the boutiques, promoting operational efficiency and ultimate client experience:

You take part in the definition, the roll out and the adoption of projects led by Europe Operations team (My Boutique App, My Uniform App, RFID…), providing guidance & support on the field during all phases of the projects: Pilot (if any), Deployment & Run. You ensure appropriate adoption of retail digital tools & systems in boutiques. You monitor performance & impact and share feedback on needed evolutions to regional teams.

You are the key contact on procedures and operational processes together with the Finance team and monitor compliance thanks to actionable reports

You support CHANEL & Moi ambitions, supervise Care & Repair performance in boutiques and animate the dedicated community in boutiques (Care & Repair advisors/ambassadors and tailors) and act as a main contact to liaise with the Europe After-Sales team.

You are part of the European Operations Community; you actively share best practices and contribute to building new regional projects to support business evolutions.

You prepare the opening/closing, renovation and relocation of permanent or temporary boutiques, coordinating all stakeholders and leading kick-off/follow-up calls until the targeted implementation

You have strong communication skills

Fluent in English and Turkish

You have advanced proficiency in the Pack Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI (mandatory)
