ABOUT THE JOB
The Fashion Advisor at Chanel plays a pivotal role in directly engaging customers, embodying the brand's vision and boutique mission on a daily basis. They serve as the frontline representative, delivering a unique and luxurious experience to all customers while connecting them to the brand beyond mere product sales.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fashion Advisor, you will be responsible for upholding the image of the brand as a Brand Ambassador, portraying professionalism and sophistication in grooming and behavior at all times. You will convey brand messages, values, and culture while maintaining boutique displays and environment to Chanel standards. Additionally, you will sell a style and a dream, building emotional connections with customers by understanding their needs, offering relevant recommendations, and inspiring them to discover new styling possibilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales service to clients, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.

Maintaining a high level of product and fashion industry knowledge to provide personalized advice and consultation to clients.

Developing and managing your own client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.

Collaborating with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.

Supporting teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel boutiques.

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of merchandise, following standard operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.

Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
