CHANEL continuously evolves in its search for perfection. In a demanding and constantly changing context, the Fashion Retail Coordinator acts as a major support to the Fashion Retail planning and coordination.
Combining strong organizational skills with a good team spirit and an immaculate attention to detail, he/she is contributing to the results of the Fashion Retail by his/her proper planning, follow up and leadership. Responsible and proactive with strong relationship skills, he/she works closely with the stakeholders and promotes collaboration and achievements of results. The Fashion Retail Coordinator reports to the Fashion Retail Director.
MAIN MISSIONS

Producing and maintaining a comprehensive multifunctional calendar for all boutiques
-
Communicating to this calendar to the correct functions
-
Coordinating Project flow in retail boutiques and flagging scheduling issues
-
Organize and support Boutique management’s meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow up
-
Optimize operations of all retail locations to maximize performance by providing back office support to boutiques
-
Coordinate and build presentations related to seminars and meetings and ensure teamwork with other departments’ stakeholders and inputs
KEY COLLABORATORS:
TRAINING:
-
Support the Training teams (Fashion & WFJ) and HR in coordination and scheduling of training across all boutiques
-
Ensuring the quarterly training calendar is properly reviewed and confirmed at time of launch
OPERATIONS:
- Support the Operations team in coordination and scheduling of operations messages across all boutiques
HR:
-
Coordinate necessary induction meetings with newcomers
-
Coordinate and plan HR trainings into the retail calendar and liaise with boutique admin for floor coverage
-
Support in building onboarding programs for newcomers
BOUTIQUE ADMINISTRATORS:
- Visit regularly and coordinate with Boutique Admins to align on processes/ calendars
VM:
- Support the Visuals Merchandiser team in coordination and scheduling of windows and animations implementation across all boutiques
MARKETING:
- Ensure a strong synergy and constant communication between the Marketing calendar and the retail calendar
FASHION RETAIL MANAGER:
- Support Fashion Retail Manager in coordination across the retail network
PLANNING:

Organization of internal Retail staff engagement (Fashion Days, Retail meetings etc)

Organization of boutique team-building events, ensuring adherence to budget and negotiating packages across boutiques
-
Coordinate and align boutiques on team treats and celebrations (birthdays, job anniversaries…)
-
Daily requests and contact person for general administrative inquiries of the boutiques
-
Proper execution of central reports related to area of responsibility
PROJECTS CO-ORDINATION:
-
Accompany the Implementation of new projects developed locally or internationally (CSR, Retail Projects, etc.)
-
Plan and coordinate new projects’ implementation
-
Provide regular feedback and reports on new projects to the Retail Manager / Head Office
-
Coordination of visa process for staff attending the training (passport collection, document request, letter checking, embassy appointment booking, follow up)
-
Ad hoc project work within the retail community scope
-
Coordination of Uniform ordering and launch / distribution / collection for recycling
To be Ambassador of the brand:
-
From internal bodies via contribution to projects and in sharing the CHANEL vision with the team
-
With external bodies in the luxury, retail and fashion sectors as well as with key individuals in Mall Management
-
Uses Chanel Brand Image as a filter in decision making
