Position Purpose:Manage and oversee the interpretation and linkage of business needs and objectives in applications development and support activities.

• Manage day-to-day resources necessary to provide effective applications to support user needs and resolve problems.
• Work with departmental staff and users to identify requirements for development projects and support activities.
• Effectively integrating new technologies and develop project plans and schedules.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of systems to diagnose problems and find solutions to meet user requirements.
• Incorporate global and organizational best practices into applications.
• Use project management methodologies to effective manage projects.
• Create effective organizational structure and develop staff skills and competencies through training and experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience required. 5+ years experience in systems analysis and/or Information Technology project management preferably in healthcare. systems analysis or IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare required. Working knowledge of the integration of medical and/or claims information and information systems, database modeling, project management, and application or systems development methodologies preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
