This position is Remote only for candidates located in the state of Indiana

Position Purpose: With the Indiana Managed Health Services Health Plan, you will compile and analyze financial information for the company. Lead various financial projects.

  • Financial medical analysis of paid claims for all Lines Of Business, in particular, Medicaid
  • State Fee Schedule analyses for Medicaid
  • POWER BI dashboard management
  • State bulletin review and analysis for financial impact
  • Cost of Care analysis to identify opportunities for medical cost savings
  • QAI Forecasting in One Stream
  • Handle complex and high-level financial analysis
  • Present and discuss analysis with upper management

Preferred Skills:

Strong SQL experience and able to write code

Create Power BI dashboards.

Strong Financial Analysis experience and able to analyze trends to identify drivers.

Strong communicator to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees including Senior Leadership, Directors, and individual contributors.

Ability to summarize complex analyses for presentations.

Proactive nature and strong interest to identify problems and use known resources or contacts to find resolution.

Detail oriented and ability to work with large data sets.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.**4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. **Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
