Job Description

Our reporting environment works well today, but it’s continuously evolving — and we want you to help shape its future. As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in designing its structure, improving data quality, and ensuring our reporting remains clear, consistent, and scalable for the entire studio. Power BI is a core part of how CD PROJEKT RED understands its data, and in this role you will develop and maintain a stable reporting ecosystem used across a variety of Studio teams.

Daily responsibilities:

• Design and maintain semantic models and data layers.
• Build clear, consistent and performant datasets and reports.
• Manage and improve the Power BI platform (workspaces, capacity, security, refreshes).
• Optimize DAX and model structure for accuracy and performance.
• Work with the Data Engineering Team on upstream data flows and quality.
• Help define shared KPIs and reporting standards.
• Support users where guidance is needed to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI with strong, hands on Power BI expertise.
• Solid data modeling skills, including DAX and dimensional design.
• Very good SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL / Oracle) and modern data warehouses like Big Query and Snowflake.
• Experience maintaining and optimizing Power BI.
• Strong experience with Git based workflows (e.g. GitHub / Azure DevOps / GitLab) for versioning and collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse business teams and support self-service BI in a structured, controlled way.
• Exposure to Fabric or Azure SQL/AAS.
