At CBRE, we're seeking an exceptional Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to drive impact for one of our leading household tech clients. You'll be responsible for organisational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities
What You'll Do:- Be the driving force behind a positive and proactive safety culture, influencing stakeholders and ensuring steadfast compliance across all operations.

  • Play a key role in developing, implementing, and refining playbooks and procedures, ensuring our Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives consistently deliver efficiency and program excellence.
  • Navigate the regulatory landscape by strategically manage initiatives to meticulously meet and exceed all regulatory, legal, and compliance mandates.
  • Take charge of identifying, tracking, and mitigating operational and safety risks, developing strategic management plans that preempt incidents and safeguard our future.
  • Monitor and analyse injury, illness, and incident reports, providing insightful recommendations that proactively prevent future occurrences.
  • Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance within client accounts, collaborating with leadership to craft innovative solutions that elevate and sustain compliance.
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders to pinpoint potential concerns, effectively communicating findings and deficiencies to responsible managers and fostering collective accountability.
  • Embody CBRE's RISE values, setting a powerful example and influencing collaborative efforts to achieve shared safety and environmental goals.
  • Leverage your expertise to seamlessly integrate health, safety, and environmental strategies with broader team and departmental objectives, ensuring holistic success.
  • Skillfully identify, troubleshoot, and resolve both routine and complex issues, even when they require uncovering new solutions beyond existing systems.

What You'll Need:- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience. We also value an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your capability.

  • Possess additional certifications as required by local authorities, underscoring your commitment to specialised knowledge.
  • Exhibit exceptional ability to articulate sensitive, complex, and challenging information, effectively convey performance expectations, and adeptly navigate difficult situations.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills that motivate your team, driving tangible impact on the quality, efficiency, and overall effectiveness of our safety and environmental programs.
