We have an opportunity for a passionate and career driven Assistant Property Manager to join our high calibre team. You’ll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.

Here's what you will focus on;

  • Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant’s requests • Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants • Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations • Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required • General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Previous property administration experience with high level attention to detail • Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment • Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships • A positive attitude and flexible approach to work • Real Estate Certificate or working towards it
