About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented Office Administration / Administrative Services Interns to support our daily business operations. This internship is ideal for students who want to gain hands‑on experience in corporate administration, office management, and business support functions.
You will work closely with our administrative team and contribute to real projects while developing practical skills that are highly valued in professional environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, preparing documents, and organizing records.
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
- Support internal communications by drafting memos, emails, and basic reports.
- Help maintain and update databases, tracking sheets, and documentation.
- Assist in logistics coordination for meetings, events, or training sessions.
- Handle incoming inquiries and help direct them to the appropriate teams.
- Perform basic research, documentation, and operational tasks assigned by the admin team.
- Support process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to workflow efficiency.
What You’ll Need:- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program such as Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any related field.
- Must be able to complete 600 hours or more of internship (as required by the school).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
