About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Tech, you will be responsible for executing all construction, structural repairs, and fit-out processes within the facility in accordance with corporate standards. Your primary focus will be to maintain the structural integrity of the building, perform aesthetic and functional improvements, and supervise subcontractor activities to ensure a safe working environment.

What You’ll Do:

**•**Periodically inspect and perform necessary repairs on general construction elements across the facility (paint, drywall, flooring, suspended ceilings, ceramics, door/window hardware, etc.).

  • Provide technical support and monitor implementation phases for new office layouts, renovations, and modification projects.
  • Supervise subcontractors' construction and decoration works for compliance with CBRE standards and occupational safety regulations.
  • Review assigned work orders to determine material requirements and provide cost/time estimates.
  • Monitor the condition of the building facade, roofing systems, and insulation elements; take proactive measures against potential leaks or damage.
  • Report health and safety hazards that may arise during construction and renovation activities and minimize risks.
  • Manage material inventory; track the ordering process for consumables required for construction projects and routine maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the workplace management team to plan construction works that may affect building occupants in a way that minimizes operational disruption.
  • Inspect the quality of completed works and provide reporting in line with operational excellence goals.

What You’ll Need:

**•**At least a middle school graduate (departments such as Construction Technology, Building Works, etc., are preferred)

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in construction maintenance, repair, or site applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction technical drawings and projects.
  • Technical knowledge and manual dexterity in fine construction works (painting, renovation, furniture components).
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including climbing ladders, lifting heavy loads, and working in confined spaces.
  • A solution-oriented, detail-oriented character with a meticulous work discipline.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules and construction regulations.
  • Strong team-working skills and effective verbal communication abilities.
