Scope:

  • Act as PIC for shared lab operational environment management and serve as SPOC for shared lab users.
  • Provide access and space management for all shared labs, including shared bench lab, shared rack lab, machine farm, and desktop center.
  • Key Responsibilities:Access Management • Serve as PIC for the shared lab access grant procedure• Collaborate with lab end users, EHS, and Security to identify common lab trainings.
  • Create and maintain functionality for automatic access after completion of online training.
  • Lab Space Management • Develop and maintain a lab reservation procedure and align with stakeholders.
  • Manage requests to create, delete, extend, or release shared bench, shared rack, machine farm, and desktop center.
  • Ensure compliance of shared lab spaces with company regulations.
  • Track and monitor lab space utilization situation
