About the Role: As a CBRE Finance Manager, you will manage the team responsible for producing limited output associated with Finance Strategy and Operations, including but not limited to the annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
The Finance Manger is required to navigate the wider CBRE organization, sharing his/her knowledge of the local market, influencing stakeholders, bringing together a diverse mix of people, knowledges, functions to grow the CBRE financial performance and mitigate risks. This position will play a pivotal role in building a cohesive finance community spirit, development of internal finance talents and ensuring the onboarding success of new joiners.
What You’ll Do:- Strategic Insights & Analysis: Provides commercial insights, develops financial models, and conducts in-depth market analysis for LATAM, collaborating with leadership and regional teams.

  • Performance & Risk Management: Leads financial reviews, identifies risks and opportunities, advises on performance improvement, and develops commercially focused scorecards aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Commercial Business Support: Participates in pricing governance for new deals, conducts post-deal reviews, advises on contractual obligations, and ensures commercial compliance.
  • Financial & Commercial Advice: Offers financial and commercial guidance to LATAM Enterprise Accounts (EA) leadership, supporting decision-making.
  • Account Team Support: Supports dedicated account teams with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and balance sheet management.
  • Market Expertise: Maintains in-depth knowledge of LATAM markets and shares insights with regional and global teams, acting as a primary finance contact.
  • Financial Platform Enhancement: Develops an "Acts of Service" culture, supports and leads improvements to financial capabilities, and drives process improvement projects.
  • Financial Leadership & Reporting: Owns and executes regional forecast and budget processes, leads finance projects, and creates complex financial analysis and reports.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Trains, coaches, and develops EA dedicated finance teams, manages succession planning, and facilitates knowledge sharing.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manages and analyzes regional cash flow, including details per country and client, to find funding alternatives for Enterprise operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Full Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience in Latin America Markets
  • High knowledge in USGAAP regulations
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
