  This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a high-performing retail portfolio within a premium client account; IFM Investors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day facilities management of the centre, ensuring the asset operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be visible onsite, managing contractors, overseeing maintenance programs and ensuring a high standard of presentation and performance. You will also support:- Oversight of WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
• Tenant liaison and issue resolution
• Management of reactive works and preventative maintenance
• Use of established FM systems for reporting and documentation
• Support the wider FM team to ensure consistent service delivery
  About You- 3–7 years’ experience in a facilities management role
• Strong understanding of building services and compliance
• Experience managing contractors and service agreements
• Exposure to budgeting or capital works advantageous
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Excels in communicating with tenants
