About the role:

The APAC Consulting Team helps clients solve complex business problems and build distinct advantages for their businesses (including retail, office, industrial, alternatives and data centres) using our holistic approach of rigorous analytics and market insights.
The Team is looking for a manager to join the APAC Consulting Team. The manager needs to understand client requirements and manage independent workstreams for delivery. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to independently deliver or be integral to the delivery of client engagements.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead project teams in delivering advanced analytics for Retail, Location, Data Centre, and Investor Advisory mandates.
• Manage individual workstreams on large projects, from design and research to output development.
• Develop pitch documents, thought leadership, and capabilities to drive revenue and support team growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on critical client pitches, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Conduct primary and secondary research for market insights and data source evaluation.
• Gain exposure across diverse sectors and consulting areas (e.g., retail, labor/location, data centers).

What You’ll Need:- Finance, Real Estate, or Business degree with minimum 2-4 years of experience in consulting, thought leadership or market research

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills with First Principles Thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx or Tableau
• Familiarity with Python, and GIS software is highly regarded
