Daily site tour for visual check of in-scope equipment

• Execute planned maintenance tasks
• Execute reactive maintenance and repair tasks
• Accept and process Work Orders from FMP in application tool.
• Prepare and update HSE logbook documents for the site
• Control and ensure HSE compliance and issue ATW/PTW for CBRE subcontractors working at site
• Report incidents and near misses
• Support regional/global initiatives (e.g. APEX, asset management)
• Propose value adding projects, saving and innovation ideas
• In addition to all above, other duties may be assigned by the line manager.
