Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Leadership: Directing maintenance technicians and mechanics, assigning daily tasks, providing on-the-job training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Maintenance Operations: Scheduling and supervising preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs to ensure equipment availability.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all repair activities adhere to OSHA, company safety rules, and, when applicable, environmental regulations.
- Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Inspecting machinery malfunctions, providing technical advice for repairs, and inspecting fi nished work to ensure quality standards.
- Resource Management: Managing spare parts inventory, requisitioning necessary tools and equipment, and coordinating with external contractors.
- Reporting: Documenting maintenance records, tracking repair costs, and preparing reports on machine functionality.
- Providing training to technicians on the related machines maintenance and troubleshooting procedures .
- To lead the team for any emergency response or repair to the machines .
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and work within the expected setted KPI.
- To ensure the team is following the client's expected and contract requirements in terms of job scope .
- Working on monthly reports to clients inclusive of machines conditions , recommendation and resources planning .
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising service staff or technicians.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring exceptional service, resolving complex complaints, and fostering customer loyalty.
- Operational Management: Developing service policies, setting quality standards, and maintaining, updating, and improving service procedures.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), such as response times and solution rates.
- Financial & Resource Oversight: Managing department budgets, processing invoices, and tracking inventory.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working with sales, manufacturing, or IT departments to align services with business goals
Experience:
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor, technician, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Minimum 3 years in supervision roles .
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Able to generate reports using MS softwares and machines software
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Software: Profi ciency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic computer skills.
Education: - Typically requires a technical diploma, vocational training, or a degree in engineering or related fi eld.
- Will be advantageous if I understand machine languages ile Micro processor or micro logic .
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational issues and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's products, services, or industry-specifi c systems.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing data to improve service quality.
- Experience: Previous experience in a service-oriented role or customer service management.
