Finance Consultant

We are looking for a Finance Consultant with a strong analytical mindset, massive data handling, and a curiosity for understanding how things work—and how they can work better. This role combines hands-on finance execution with regional exposure and process ownership across Latin America. You will help shape how Finance works across the region through process improvement, standardization, and regional initiatives.

• What You Will Do

• Own and execute financial activities related to Facilities Management, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, accruals, reclassifications, expense analysis, billing, collections, cash flow, vendor invoice booking, vendor payments, reporting, and ad-hoc reports.

• Act as the primary finance partner for the Regional Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Management teams.

• What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills, teammate member, and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and advanced formulas required)

• Interest or exposure to Power BI, Planning Analytics, or similar tools

• Ability to structure information clearly and document processes

• Self-driven, fast learner, and comfortable in dynamic environments

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace change
