Role Purpose
Due to the growth of our specialist plant & equipment valuations business, we are seeking to recruit for an experienced valuer for a position at Associate Director level. The successful candidate will be based in our London office within the Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) team, part of the Building Consultancy department, and will report into the Director and Head of Plant & Equipment Valuations.
The role involves working closely with CBRE colleagues within the Valuation teams throughout the UK, EMEA and globally on RICS compliant financial valuation assignments, as well interacting with RCA team colleagues on insurance related casework and general departmental issues. The work will involve travel across the UK & internationally, as required.
The position involves business development responsibilities and includes an expectation to seek out opportunities, generate revenue and promote growth for the business unit. The candidate should be proficient in producing bidding/marketing material, proposal and valuation reports, Presentations both within CBRE and to clients, and possess good communication skills.

Minimum of 5 years conventional plant and equipment valuation experience of undertaking insurance, financial reporting, loan security and market valuation assignments.
