Job Purpose:

Mobile Facilities Management Operatives will provide great customer service and will be instrumental in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the larger occupied sites run smoothly. They will liaise with employees / contractors and will take ownership and pride of their site.

Role Summary:

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Manage all aspects of internal / external post on site.· The staff member will provide and record inductions for contractors and visitors on behalf of the client.
· The operative will actively liaise with the wider CBRE team and contractors to ensure that reactive jobs are completed. They will often be the first point of contact for issue resolution.
· The operative will undertake site inspections and will raise issues concerns with the Regional Manager. They will be proactive in ensuring that any faults are chased.
· The operative will represent the Facilities Management function on site and will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service.
· The operative will ensure that any concerns directed to them by staff regarding the building or services are escalated to the client team.
· Basic cleaning of kitchen and toilet areas (surfaces cleaned / consumables topped up / bins emptied)
· Minor fabric repairs – including but not limited to:o Tightening loose door handles/catches.
o Tightening / replacing toilet seats.
o Tightening furniture fixings.
o Fitting / adjusting monitor arms.
· Minor electrical tasks – including but not limited to:o Replacing desktop fuses
o Checking power supplies from sockets to desks
o Checking distribution board breakers
o Replacing lamps
· Minor plumbing tasks – including but not limited to:o Isolating water supplies
o Unblocking toilets, sinks, urinals
o Tightening waste fittings
o Descale drinks boilers
· HVAC Adjustments
· Assisting with Fire Alarm tests
· The operative will undertake any reasonable tasks requested within normal working hours, logged onto the CAFM system.

The FM Operative will conduct themselves in a professional manner and be of smart appearance.

The role is proactive, and it is essential that the individual is dynamic in their approach to dealing with issues whilst working within safely within their competencies.
