The role:

Member of the CBRE Industrial & Logistics Team Providing advice to clients in the below areas:Leasing and Sales Occupier Representation Development Land Sales and Acquisitions Valuation/Consultancy Research

What is required:

  • Chartered Surveyor via SCSI/RICS or working towards Chartership Candidates should have a general knowledge and understanding of the commercial property market Excellent communication skills and capable of building their own client base Ability to build rapport and develop good relationships with clients and colleagues Excellent report writing, analytical, numerical skills and strong attention to detail (Red Book Valuation/Professional Services experience an advantage)Highly organised and motivated with ability to work on own initiative IT Skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
