We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager Logistics to join our growing Italian team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in real estate investment and logistics management, with a focus on our Italian logistics real estate portfolio.
This role reports to the Director of Asset Management Logistics in Italy. You will be an integral part of the wider EMEA Logistics sector team and collaborate with dedicated logistics colleagues across Europe.
Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the company's logistics assets, including the development and execution of business plans.
- Implement asset strategies to maximize property value, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and all relevant logistics stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, property maintenance, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct market research and provide insightful analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture/Engineering, or a related field (minimum). A Master's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in asset management, preferably within the logistics sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Italian real estate market, with a specific focus on the logistics sector.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required, primarily within Italy.
- Fluent Italian speaker with proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
