About the Role: As a CBRE Technical Coordinator, you will assist with engineering operations alongside a team of technicians, vendors,and subcontractors.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function.

• They are responsible for providing support,preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.What You’ll Do:
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to buildingoperations and work safety.
• Review work orders and resolve issues.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruptionand inconvenience.
• Assist with implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systemsmeet or exceed their rated life.
• Determine that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercisediscretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
