About the Role:
JoinCBRE’s Data Center Solutions sector as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where you’ll help drive top-tier talent into one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. You’ll use cutting-edge sourcing techniques, market insights, and candidate assessment skills to maintain a healthy flow of qualified prospects. You’ll collaborate with recruiting partners to enhance processes, support compliance, and deliver a high-quality hiring experience. This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company, including critical and highly specialized roles within data center development, operations, and management.
What You’ll Do: - Review and post ads on job boards.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, social media, military outreach, and networking events.
- Recommends qualified candidates to Recruiters and hiring managers after prescreening candidates and assessing strength of qualifications against job requirements. May extend job offer and negotiate terms.
- Create and manage talent communities.
- Draft correspondence and create a cadence of communication with talent communities and pipelines.
- Review resumes against job ads for accuracy.
- Phone and video-screen candidates.
- Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
- Ensure recruiting efforts align with regulatory compliance.
- Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
- Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You’ll Need: - High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience required, with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to be innovative by utilizing creative sourcing channels, advanced search techniques, and non-traditional methods to uncover top talent for complex and geographically challenging positions.
- Proficiency in Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
