About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Project Management Data Center team on a 12-month contract. This role will be based in Singapore, providing project management support for initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing project progress and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones.
What You’ll Do:- Review and get familiarized with all related project design & contract documentation, contractor submissions, procurement documents and tender packages, shop drawings, RFIs, EHS etc.

  • Attend all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings and other project relevant discussions
  • Provide regular reports, including photos and comments on the site QA/QC , Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) process
  • Contract Documentation
  • Verify the Contractor’s request for change orders
  • Verify the Contractor’s payment request, construction progress, etc
  • Coordinate the review of shop drawings from Contractors with consultant’s design documentation
  • Prepare Project Update material for Jenga/Mini Clusters meetings.
  • Updating the Project Cost Status report monthly
  • Coordinate and follow up all comments from internal stakeholders
  • Review submissions and Request for Information (RFI) from Contractors and responses from consultants
  • Tracking of work status which needs follow up actions.
  • Conduct regular site checks on installation method, workmanship and Quality assurance process of consultant & Contractors eg Technical Fit out key milestones, etc
  • Attend and follow up on EHS, Security, etc incident matters
  • Administrative works

What You’ll Need:- 10-15 years of relevant experience

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery within a Data Center environment
  • Good communication skills, able to articulate complex situations succinctly
  • Strong business acumen, able to define problems and identify solutions in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Solid organisation and analytical skills
  • Able to strive in an environment with changing priorities, unclear roadmap
