Change Management Director

About the Role:

As a CBRE Change Management Director, you will be leading a senior-level change team supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across a global organization.

This job is part of the Business Transformation Office, which serves as the central engine for change, assisting CBRE businesses in building scalable operating models through automation, including agentic AI at scale and right sourcing including outsourcing and offshoring
What You’ll Do- Change Strategy & Planning: Design and develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for BTO Projects

  • Stakeholder Alignment & Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior Change Managers. Drive performance management, development planning.
  • Build structured reporting mechanisms and performance visibility (KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting)
  • Redesign and optimize change methodologies for AI-enabled transformation.
  • Introduce automation, AI-supported communication workflows, and advanced stakeholder analytics.

What You’ll Need- 10+ years in Change Management within complex, matrixed global organizations

  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end change management for large-scale system implementations and AI adoption
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise-scale digital or AI transformation.
  • Strong operational acumen (budget management, workforce planning, governance).
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders in multi-country environments.
  • Proven ability to modernize methodologies and introduce innovation into structured functions.
