About the Role:

As a CBRE & Port Tech Quality Assurance Specialist, you will apply a proven understanding of Data Management and AutoCAD to provide accurate drawing project data while adhering to data quality and data standards.

What You’ll Do: - Apply LISP Routines, Scripts, and Menu Programming provided by the company.

• Perform quality control, guided by procedures to guarantee accuracy in all projects integrated into databases.
• Develop and implement process improvement methods including Quality Control tasks and CAD standardizations.
• Review client Data and CAD standards
• Use Data management tools, AutoCAD, and property management software to update CAFM or Record Management information.
• Assist in updating and incorporating project-related information into the client's tools.
• Update key achievements as well as scheduling, forecasting, and completion of tasks and tickets.
• Align with and extend Quality Assurance procedures for Data and CAD/CAFM work. This includes audit records or a change control log to track DATA/CAD/CAFM work history.
• Coordinate with team members and external contractors, job assignments, due dates, and other meaningful assets needed for the correct workflow functionality.
• Implement when needed, procedure revisions for creating job assignment solutions.
• Collect feedback from end-users related to improvements in processes and incorporate them into the procedures when applicable.
• Answer questions from partners about processes and QA items.
