Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Student to join the HR team and support day-to-day operational activities across the employee lifecycle.
This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven. You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, and gradually become a key operational support function within HR.

Responsibilities

HR Systems & Data Management:

  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data accurately and consistently in our HRIS system (Hi Bob)

  • Perform regular data validations, audits, and quality checks

  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and operational issues, and escalate when needed

Employee Lifecycle Operations:

  • Support onboarding processes, including system setup, documentation, and orientation days

  • Assist with offboarding processes and ensure accurate system and documentation closure

  • Handle ongoing employee changes (role changes, manager updates, employment details, etc.)

Talent & Contracts Operations:

  • Support operational tasks in Greenhouse (our applicant tracking system), including contract generation and contractor-related processes

  • Assist with background checks and employment documentation

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Provide operational HR service to internal stakeholders (HR, managers, employees)

  • Support document management and employee files

  • Take part in ad-hoc operational and administrative HR projects

Requirements

  • Student with at least two remaining years of studies, available for 80% FTE

  • Studies in relevant fields (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or similar)

  • Highly proficiency in Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy mindset

  • Discrete, highly organized, reliable, and able to handle repetitive tasks

  • Ability to learn systems and processes quickly

  • Strong service orientation and communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • English at a high working level (written and spoken)

The position is based in Tel Aviv, with a hybrid work model of 3 days per week from the office and 1 day from home.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with HR systems (Hi Bob, Greenhouse, or similar)

  • Experience in administrative or operations-focused roles

  • Interest in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Analytics as a long-term career path
