Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the Cato team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, supplier pre-qualification, RFP/RFQ management, negotiations, contract execution, and order lifecycle management.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong, ongoing vendor relationships.

  • Maintain and manage the vendor database, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

  • Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders across departments, providing procurement guidance and support.

  • Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to support strategic sourcing initiatives.

  • Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.

  • Monitor, track, and report key procurement KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial controls, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist in global high-tech/technology companies.

  • Proven experience leading purchasing process implementation, and improvement initiatives.

  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in commercial agreements.

  • Solid understanding of financial, operational, and compliance controls.

  • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating legal agreements with global vendors.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, proactivity, and assertiveness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.

  • Service-oriented mindset.

Advantages:

  • Experience with Zip Intake-to-Procure platform.

  • Bachelor's degree in commercial law.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
