Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

Customer Marketing Manager (Temporary Maternity Leave Replacement)

We are looking for a driven, hands-on, and collaborative Customer Marketing Manager to support our customer marketing initiatives during a maternity leave cover.

This role will focus on execution, optimization, coordination, and keeping programs running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Customer Success and Product to drive cross-sell and expansion efforts, while aligning marketing strategies with key business objectives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Program Management

  • Execute and optimize cross-sell and upsell campaigns across email, in-product messaging, events, and other channels.

  • Manage timelines, assets, and coordination to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on schedule.

  • Manage customer engagement programs to ensure awareness of new products, services, and features.

  • Support and optimize nurturing programs to guide customers through the upsell funnel and maximize revenue potential.

  • Report on key metrics (e.g., NRR, ACV, and campaign impact) to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior leadership in Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align customer marketing with overall business goals.

  • Partner with corporate marketing and communications teams to maintain consistent messaging.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for customer marketing-related requests.

Operational Support

  • Use tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to plan, launch, and monitor campaigns.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, processes, and internal updates.

  • Keep projects organized and moving forward, flagging risks when needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in tech).

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

  • Experience with email marketing, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.

  • Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Positive attitude and a team player: someone who is easy and enjoyable to work with.
