Job Description:

The key role of this position is to solve challenging engineering problems involving products, systems, and components using advanced simulation techniques and analysis.

You will be responsible for ensuring noise or vibration analysis of Cab, Hydraulics, exhaust or Genset meets design requirements, critically evaluate concepts for future products, and work with design engineers to resolve potential issues.

What You Will Do

• Accountable for delivering timely, high-quality simulation and analysis impacting products/processes and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• 负责提供及时、高质量的仿真分析，并提供明确的建议。
• Responsible for defining problems, modeling, solving and performing iterations, interpreting results, providing conclusions.
• 负责定义问题，创建仿真模型，运行仿真与设计迭代，解释结果，给出结论。
• Partner with design, manufacturing and test to robustly deliver new products and improve validation processes.
• 与设计、制造和测试合作，稳健地交付新产品并改进验证流程。
• Keep up to date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques.
• 及时了解新技术并推动现有技术的持续改进
• Supporting physical tests to verify simulation solutions.
• 支持物理测试，验证仿真方案
• Take part in design reviews with the wider design team.
• 与更广泛的设计团队一起参与设计评审。
• Responsible for archiving the analysis and simulation model and results
• 负责分析仿真模型与结果的存档

Degree Requirement

• Min. MS degree in Vehicle Engineering, Acoustical Engineering,Thermal Power Engineering, Internal combustion engine, Aeronautics / Astronautics, Fluid Machinery, Engineering mechanics or equal, focusing on (all acceptable):a) Noise simulation and test;

b) Vibration (NVH) simulation and test.
c) Numerical method;
d) Reduced order modeling;
e) Integrated Machine Learning & Numerical simulation, etc.

• 汽车工程，声学工程，内燃机，热能动力，航空航天，流体机械工程，工程力学或相同专业硕士及以上；研究方向（以下皆可）：

a) 噪音相关的模拟和实验

b) 振动（NVH）相关的模拟和实验

c) 数值方法；
d) 降阶模型;
e) 机器学习与数值仿真结合。

What You Have – Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:

• Familiar with at least one of numerical simulation theories, such as FEM, FVM, BEM, SEA, FDM
• 熟悉至少一种数值计算方法，如有限单元法，有限体积法，边界元，统计能量法，有限差分法
• Capable of CAE tool. Analysis software experience in Abaqus, Nastran, VA-one or other equivalent engineering analysis software
• 具备使用仿真软件的能力。例如Abaqus, Nastran 或者 VA-one，同时也接受具备其他类似分析软件能力的应聘者
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• 优秀的问题解决能力
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 良好的沟通和交际能力，
• Strong initiative, teamwork skills
• 积极主动，团结合作，
• Have nonlinear vibration knowledge is a plus.
• 具备非线性振动背景的应聘者尤佳
• Have machine learning experience is a plus.
