岗位职责:

1、在EHS工程师的指导下，独立支持相关部门的日常EHS管理，包括但不限于相关部门涉及的EHS流程改进、日常EHS检查和跟踪、EHS培训和活动、EHS相关改进项目的识别和实施等。

2、支持EHS经理完成常规的系统检查，并根据需要提供改进建议。

3、了解最新的环保、健康和安全相关的法律法规和标准。

4、维护和跟踪EHS审核数据库。

5、在组织内维护事故报告系统、安全检查跟踪系统及废弃物处理流程。

6、协助完成组织内集团要求的事故报告、安全及环境数据等的提交和跟踪。

7、协助团队开发和维护EHS相关的数字化运用平台。

8、完成经理指定的其它任务。

背景/

经验:

-本岗位要求良好的EHS意识。

• 3~5年基层安全和环保管理经验。

-熟悉MS office办公软件操作，有相关Office365 Power BI/ Power Automate开发运用优先。

-基本的英语读写能力，能使用英语邮件进行交流。

-良好的沟通能力。

-工作需要的EHS法律法规知识。

-对数据的基本分析能力。
