职位职责：

• 熟悉与仓库操作相关的各项流程，配合主管修改流程中的缺陷；
• 独立完成日常班组人员管理工作；
• 事中跟进，在任务进行中发现问题后，提供解决办法；
• 做好5S工作，以保持工作场所整洁、有序；
• 不断加强质量、安全意识，提升工作技能，提高工作效率；
• 协调内部沟通渠道，与协作各方充分交流，改善工作氛围；
• 对工作过程中发生的异常情况及时向上级报告；
• 紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸、存储；
• 完成上级安排的其它工作。

职位要求：

• 中专及以上学历，持有叉车证；熟练驾驶前移式叉车&前移式叉车；
• 至少4年以上的仓库工作经验；
• 带5-10人团队3年以上；
• 仓库的各个区域的工作经验；
• 熟练操作Excel ,Word ,PPT ,Outlook ,Teams；
• 熟练掌握5Why,鱼骨图,A3报告,柏拉图；
