接受一个短期的发动机拆装培训过程，在指导下完成各类装配任务。

职位职责

1、完成新员工三级培训及三月内必须完成的课件，在试用期结束前通过标准化操作测试并取得认证。

2、严格遵守标准化操作

3、在装配初级工被提升成装配技术员前达到技能矩阵 3+3

4、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

5、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作

6、能快速学习发动机及其生产过程的操作

职位要求

1、正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。

2、中专或同等及以上学历，机械专业

4、具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作。

5、具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念。

6、基本的Excel, Word技能

7、适应倒班和生产加班。
