Job Summary:
As e Commerce Growth Consultant in the Electric Power Division, your work ensures that our customers are able to support their operations with acquiring the right part at the right time. Through providing increased customer and dealer visibility to our online ordering platforms, you will be able to ensure that no matter the size of the customer, there is an option to meet their needs. You will work closely with internal partners and dealers, to identify areas for growth and support field team execution.
What you will do:
In this role, you will identify opportunities for Electric Power for expansion of e Commerce tools and solutions and work with internal partners to drive alignment, communication, and execution to impact continued growth in online parts purchasing. Job duties include:

Working with the EP e Commerce Program Manager to execute on the developed e Commerce strategy.

Developing e Commerce growth plans for targeted global dealers and working with Electric Power sales execution teams to support the achievement of dealer-specific targets.
-
Driving e Commerce customer activations and the deployment of support programs with targeted global dealers.
-
Leading the prospecting of EP CAT Integrated Procurement (IP) customers and working with DSD & Dealer partners to grow CAT IP connections.
-
Operating as e Commerce SME / Level 3 support for ASRs and the Electric Power Digital Sales team.
-
Training dealers and customers in e Commerce solutions, including Parts.
Cat.Com, Cat Central, and CAT IP demos to facilitate increased adoption.
- Managing metrics, dashboards, and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and determine opportunities for improvement.
What you will have:
Degree:
- Four-year degree in business, economics, finance or a related field or equivalent experience.

Previous experience with e Commerce platforms

Master’s degree in business administration or related field

This position is located in Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX.
-
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Travel up to ~20% is possible.

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
