感知算法工程师(矿山无人驾驶方向)
岗位职责:
设计并优化矿山无人驾驶场景下的多传感器融合感知系统,包括激光雷达、摄像头、毫米波雷达等,实现高精度环境建模与目标识别。 开发并迭代感知检测与融合算法,如BEV感知、Occupancy Grid、语义分割、目标跟踪等,提升系统在复杂地形和极端天气下的鲁棒性。 针对矿区扬尘、雨雪、夜间低光等特殊工况,研发抗干扰与冗余机制,保障感知系统稳定运行。 在车规级嵌入式平台(如 NVIDIA Orin)上部署感知算法,优化计算效率与资源利用,实现算法的工程化落地。 与硬件、控制、系统集成等团队协同工作,参与从传感器选型、标定到整车部署的全流程,确保感知模块与整车系统的高效协同。
任职要求:
硕士及以上学历,计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业。 3年以上自动驾驶或机器人领域感知算法研发经验,具备完整项目开发与部署经历。 有矿山无人驾驶感知应用经验,熟悉矿山场景无人驾驶感知准确性以及相关处理方法, 了解矿山应用感知算法的缺陷,协助规划以及控制提供合适的方案 熟练掌握C++、Python编程,具备良好的算法实现与调试能力。 熟悉激光雷达点云处理、图像识别、毫米波雷达数据解析,了解多传感器融合技术。 熟悉激光雷达深度学习算法,了解激光雷达的算法模型,能够独立完成基于激光雷达点云的物体识别,距离检测,物体大小以及姿态测量的深度学习部署。 理解主流感知算法原理,如目 标检测、语义分割、BEV建模、Transformer网络等,并具备实际应用经验。 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力,以及团队协作与沟通能力。
加分项:
- 有矿山、港口、物流等工业场景的无人驾驶项目经验。
- 有乘用车或商用车自动驾驶感知系统研发经验,了解从硬件选型到算法部署的完整流程。
- 熟悉Apollo、Autoware等开源自动驾驶平台。
- 具备嵌入式平台部署与优化经验,熟悉车规级硬件环境。
