APD DACS Strategy Manager – Digital Adoption & Customer Success (DACS)

The APD DACS Strategy Manager provides end‑to‑end leadership for complex, multi‑country digital adoption initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The role is accountable for translating regional strategy into execution by coordinating multiple workstreams, governing delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring measurable adoption and business outcomes aligned with DACS priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate APD digital strategy execution across multiple concurrent initiatives involving PACs, DARs, enablement, product, and data teams.

  • Translate APD DACS strategic priorities into clear, executable plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and success measures.

  • Own regional governance, prioritization, and execution cadence to ensure focus on highest‑value outcomes.

  • Monitor progress against milestones, KPIs, and adoption targets; identify risks, trade‑offs, and deviations, and drive corrective actions.

  • Ensure consistent application of DACS operating models, quality standards, and governance across APD initiatives.

  • Consolidate strategy execution progress, risks, and outcomes into clear, executive‑level reporting for APD DACS leadership.

  • Act as a single point of strategic coordination for regional initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and sustained momentum

  • Develops structured regional execution plans that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

  • Connects long‑term strategic intent with near‑term priorities and delivery plans.

  • Manages interdependencies across initiatives to ensure cohesive execution at scale.

  • Ensures planning is fully aligned with regional business, adoption, and customer success strategies.

Strategy Execution & Governance

  • Establishes clear governance models to drive focus, prioritization, and accountability.

  • Tracks progress, dependencies, and risks across APD DACS initiatives.

  • Ensures issues are surfaced early and addressed through structured decision‑making.

  • Drives disciplined execution through clear operating rhythms and stakeholder communication.

  • Produces variance and performance analysis to support strategic course correction.

Decision Making & Critical Thinking

  • Applies appropriate decision‑making approaches (consultative, consensus, directive) based on context.

  • Challenges assumptions and legacy approaches to improve effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Advises leaders by synthesizing data, insights, and field feedback into clear recommendations.

Data‑Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Oversees regional data collection and reporting to assess strategy execution and adoption progress.

  • Reviews and validates data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and decision usefulness.

  • Interprets complex reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Enables others to understand and apply metrics and insights in decision‑making.

  • Contributes to the selection and evolution of dashboards and reporting tools.

Execution Enablement & Change Leadership

  • Leads AP DACS Communication

  • Ensures dealers and internal teams receive clear communication throughout execution.

  • Works with PACs, DARs, and enablement teams to remove execution barriers and accelerate adoption.

  • Ensures regional initiatives are implemented consistently while adapting to local market realities.

  • Leads Strategic projects and applies best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve execution effectiveness.

  • Supports change leadership by maintaining momentum through ambiguity and competing priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in strategy, program management, business transformation, or digital adoption roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across multiple geographies or markets.

  • Strong background in strategy‑to‑execution leadership, including governance, prioritization, and outcome tracking.

  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with diverse cultural and market dynamics.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level reporting skills.

Success Measures

  • Clear translation of APD DACS strategy into prioritized, executable initiatives

  • On‑time delivery of key milestones and outcomes

  • Improved cross‑team alignment and reduced execution friction

  • Measurable improvements in adoption KPIs and business outcomes

  • Strong leadership confidence in regional governance, visibility, and decision‑making

  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
