Job Summary

Performs various Tax operation activities, including direct tax, indirect tax, accounting of income tax, and other tax operations.

What You Will Do:

Support Tax continues improvements and Tax projects

Review Tax calculation, declaration, filings for all tax categories; Review Tax related journal entries and balance sheet accounts reconciliation.

Preparing tax analysis and reports to response to a variety of queries internally to support business and externally to tax authorities.

Understand the requirements of Tax and Accounting policies, Internal Controls, Caterpillar Enterprise Procedures, and ensure the controls are followed in daily operations.

What You Have:

Bachelor's degree or above

Must Skills:

Should have the knowledge of Tax and Accounting policies, processes, and tools.

The ability to complete complex tasks with large data volume

The ability to understand business process and the mechanical of working papers which is used for daily operation.

Could be able to communicate effectively with different functional departments, leadership teams, and tax authorities.

Working level in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

The ability to manage multiple tasks, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Know how to seek guidance in detecting and addressing priority conflicts.

The ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Like using fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems, helping analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.

Prefer Skills:

The ability of project management is preferred.

Over 5 years working experience on Tax and Accounting is preferred.

Accounting certification of CPA, CTA, ACCA is preferred.

Additional Information:

The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
