About the role:

The Order & Demand Coordinator conducts analyses to evaluate business needs, forecast sales, and determine product demand, while providing critical support to both sales and operations processes.

What you will do:

  • Gathers and analyzes relevant data from multiple sources for keeping product information accurate for effective processing of commercial orders.
  • Help review and identify parts based on technical drawings
  • Works with cross-functional groups to compile information necessary to develop and maintain price lists.
  • Functions with internal and external business partner to support product delivery schedule/calendar.
  • Establishes and maintains compatibility logic for products and attachments.

Effective Communications**: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.**
Problem Solving**: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.**
Relationship Management**: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.**
Project Management**: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.**
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Summary Pay Range:

$72,360.00 - $108,540.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
