Role Definition:

As an ETL Data Migration Analyst, you will lead processes for SAP solutions, managing and defining the processes and tools to ensure efficient and effective data loads support ERP deployments and projects. This role coordinates activities globally to support SAP deployments and software releases.

What will you do:

• Lead, organize, and control the ETL data migration processes to support SAP solution deployments.

• Ensure end-to-end visibility, traceability, and quality of all data migration activities.

• Collaborate with functional teams to confirm data readiness, resolve issues, and support

integration needs.

• Schedule, facilitate, and document data migration status meetings, ensuring clear communication of risks and progress.

• Partner with solution leads to design, implement, and enhance data migration and automation capabilities.

• Communicate effectively with leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

• Continuously assess and improve data migration processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Skills:

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all data‑related activities.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Pre Advanced English

• Hands-on exposure to ETL data migration processes, tools, or methodologies.

Top candidates will also have:

• Understanding of the SAP data ecosystem

• Familiarity with Alteryx or Knime is preferred; experience with other ETL tools is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and stakeholders outside the team.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities through effective coordination, scheduling, communication, and the management of project allocations for team members.

• Capability to perform well under tight deadlines and inspire team members

• Travel required (up to 10%)

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
