岗位概述负责整矿无人驾驶系统的仿真架构设计与开发，涵盖后台控制系统仿真、无人驾驶车辆仿真、子系统仿真以及无人驾驶算法的仿真与测试，确保系统在虚拟环境中实现高效验证与迭代，降低现场测试风险并提升开发效率。

主要职责

• 系统级仿真架构设计
  o 构建整矿无人驾驶方案的仿真平台，支持多车辆、多场景协同测试。
  o 定义矿山无人驾驶系统多层次仿真需求，并交付仿真方案
• 后台控制系统仿真
  o 实现调度系统、任务分配、路径规划等后台逻辑的仿真验证。
• 无人驾驶车辆与子系统仿真
  o 开发车辆动力学模型、传感器模型，支持单车及多车场景测试。
  o 针对关键子系统（感知、控制、通信）进行独立仿真与集成验证。
• 算法仿真与测试
  o 搭建算法仿真环境，验证路径规划、调度、避障等核心算法性能与鲁棒性。
• 场景构建与测试用例开发
  o 基于煤矿无人驾驶场景，设计典型工况与边界条件，生成测试场景库。
• 性能分析与优化
  o 通过仿真数据分析，发现系统瓶颈并提出优化建议，支持迭代开发。
• 工具链与平台维护
  o 维护仿真工具链，支持自动化测试与持续集成，提升开发效率。

任职资格

• 学历与专业：硕士及以上，车辆工程、计算机、仿真工程或相关专业。
• 经验要求：
  o 6 年以上系统仿真或无人驾驶相关经验，有工业场景或矿山项目经验优先。
• 技术能力：
  o 熟悉仿真平台（如 CARLA、Pre Scan、Gazebo、Unity）、动力学建模、传感器仿真。
  o 掌握 C++/Python/ROS，具备算法验证与测试经验。
  o 了解分布式仿真架构、实时仿真优化、数据分析工具。
• 通用能力：良好的跨团队沟通能力、问题分析与解决能力，能适应矿区现场调试。

• 有无人驾驶系统全栈仿真经验（车辆、后台、算法一体化）。
• 熟悉数字孪生技术、场景生成与自动化测试平台开发。
• 有高性能计算、GPU 加速或云端仿真部署经验。
