工作职责

负责新产品导入阶段的质量策划与控制，确保产品满足客户要求及法规标准

制定质量计划、检验标准及相关文件，支持新产品导入全过程

协调跨部门团队，推动试产、验证及问题解决，确保项目按计划推进

跟踪并分析试产质量数据，识别问题并提出改进措施

持续优化NPI流程，提高效率与质量一致性

规划并实施CAV Core及相关质量控制实践，确保装配过程符合标准 创建并维护QG\PDI检验清单，保障检验有效性

改进检查与测试方法，优化测量工具和设备，提升检测准确性与效率

监控装配工厂及生产线质量状况，识别潜在风险并制定预防措施

分析内部质量数据，推动持续改进，降低不良率并提升产品可靠性

参与重大质量问题的根因分析与解决，推动改进方案落地并验证效果

岗位要求

具备项目管理经验

具备撰写RCCA报告的能力

机械、电子、材料或相关专业

三年以上制造相关工作经验，熟悉制造业流程 熟悉质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 、CP）

熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系

良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备跨部门沟通协调能力

英语读写能力良好 优秀的沟通能力

为人正直，强烈的责任心和团队精神
