Our Logistics Center in Grimbergen is an indispensable link in the chain. From here we support our supply chain at every turn. Every day, thousands of spare parts leave our warehouse for dealers and customers all over the world. Our Logistics Center is an essential hub for the Middle East, Europe and Africa. We organize the transport to these regions and provide a reliable after-sales service.

For our Reman department in Grimbergen, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic employee to perform various administrative tasks related to the receipt, inspection and shipping of goods returned by our dealers for inspection and ‘Core Credit Return’.

Function description:

Key Job functions include but not limited to:

• Follow up communication with dealers and transporters regarding Reman returns.

• Supporting Reman in- and outbound processes through:

Collaborating with ECA and customs to declare non-European goods.

• Receiving and shipping Reman shipments system wise.

• Administering dealer invoices for inbound shipments.

• Composing all necessary documents for outbound container shipments.

• Processing warranty material and forwarding onto the requesting engineers for analysis.

• Providing support to the Reman processors.

• You keep track of shipments and inspections and report them to our US Reman team.

Skills Description:

• You have excellent communication and listening skills.

• You are results-oriented and stress-resistant.

• You are customer-friendly and take initiative.

• You have good computer skills; experience with the MS Office 365 package is a plus.

• You are proficient in English and Dutch and have basic knowledge of French.

• You have an affinity with technology and the mechanical operation of machine parts and engines.

• Experience with Peripass is a plus.

• You are a team player but can also work independently.

• You highly value safety.

• You actively promote Caterpillar’s values.
