职位职责：

• 熟悉仓库内的操作流程，并能针对流程的缺陷提出合理化建议；
• 事后跟进，出现问题后，找出原因，提供具体补救措施；
• 监督员工做好班组5S工作，以保持工作场所整洁、有序；
• 不断加强质量、安全意识，提升工作技能，提高工作效率；
• 协调内部沟通渠道，与协作各方充分交流，改善工作氛围；
• 对工作过程中发生的异常情况及时向上级报告；
• 紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸、存储；
• 完成上级安排的其它工作。

职位要求：

• 中专及以上学历，持有叉车证；熟练驾驶前移式叉车&前移式叉车；
• 至少2年以上的仓库工作经验；
• 仓库的各个区域的工作经验；
• 熟练的Excel, Word操作技能及基本的PPT ,Outlook ,Teams技能；
• 熟练掌握5Why,鱼骨图,A3报告;
• 熟练操作仓库SAP各项功能；
• 至少参与2个RIW或6 sigma项目；
• 按时完成CPS课程；
• 能接受倒班。
