Job Summary:

Responsible for identifying learning needs, developing training programs, and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves creating, implementing, and evaluating courses and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and applying an adult learner–centered approach.
What you will do:

  • Assist in determining employees’ learning needs, aligned with professional and organizational development goals.

  • Design course curricula, select appropriate training platforms and vendors to ensure effective delivery.

  • Develop communications for courses or programs, manage logistics, and ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

  • Facilitate training sessions focused on business objectives, maintaining an adult learner–centered approach.

  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement evaluations of learning application; conduct analyses and prepare outcome reports.

What you will have:Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.Employee Relations: Knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee relations; ability to adhere to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations.Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, HR, or Psychology

  • Pre-advanced English

  • Intermediate level in Power BI and Microsoft Office 365

Top candidates will also have:

  • Previous experience in training development

  • Advanced English

  • Clear and effective communication

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
