About the role

角色职责:

• Support Sales Team as Product Expert from Plan & Spec, tender and aftersales

• Work with Factory Product Marketing and Engineering Team for new product development by communication with Government and relevant Association (such as ACRA) so as to comply with the latest local regulation

• Work with Aftersales Team for product warranty issue

• Manage Product Sales Marketing and Product Database (WDB)

• Manage Department Sales Forecast

角色 目的:

• Support and strengthen the sales team for plan & spec, tender and aftersales by providing Product Expertise to customers

• Taking lead to communicate with Government and relevant Association to ensure the Carrier Product Development shall comply with latest local rule and put new Carrier features in Government General Spec.

• Strengthen the Product Warranty for Product Improvement by working closely with sales and aftersales team

• Understand Product features/competitions of the market and drive factory for Carrier Product improvement

最低要求:

• 5+ years experience related to HVAC industry

• Good technical knowledge of HVAC design, chillers and airside products

• Good network with customers such as developers, consultants and contractors related to HVAC industry

• Outgoing
