Role: Senior Sales Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Drive new business development and grow existing accounts

  • Manage direct sales of Residential & Light Commercial HVAC products (DX AHUs, Condensing Units, Rooftop Units, Ducted & Split Systems)

  • Support the successful execution of large and complex projects from opportunity identification through delivery

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to increase market share

  • Follow up on quotations, understand project needs, and propose suitable solutions with application engineering support

  • Prepare, review, and submit technical proposals, submittals, and contracts

  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms in line with company financial policies

  • Coordinate with factories on pricing, equipment availability, ordering, and deliveries

  • Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, including invoicing and payment follow-up

  • Monitor competitors, gather market intelligence, and generate new leads

  • Active participation in monthly sales reviews

  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain active communication

  • Ensure proper factory ordering and timely execution of projects

Role Purpose:

  • Seeking an experienced and professional Senior Sales Engineer to drive departmental sales strategies and targets.

  • Strengthen customer relationships and grow market share.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5–7 years’ sales experience in Unitary Products (DX AHUs, Condensing Units, Rooftop Units, Ducted & Split Systems)

  • Strong track record in the Saudi market; experience in Riyadh Region preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about sales
