About this role:

Step into a role where you don’t just work on HVAC systems; you redefine service excellence.

At Carrier, being a Commercial HVAC Foreman Service Technician means more than just fixing equipment; it means delivering solutions customers can count on. When you show up, they can relax because they know you bring unmatched technical skills, sharp problem-solving instincts, and the kind of professionalism that has defined Carrier for over 100 years.

This is a role for someone who thrives on a challenge, not someone who wants to be stuck behind a desk. You'll be out in the field, solving problems others can't, with access to world-class training, cutting-edge tools, and an environment that fosters continuous learning.

Being great at this job means combining deep technical knowledge with top-notch communication and customer service skills. That's the Carrier way. However, our service technicians just call it skilled at what they do.

It takes Carrier. It takes you.

This is a current vacancy for which Carrier is currently hiring.

  • Support a range of technologies, including Centrifugal and Scroll equipment, controls, and Variable Speed Drive (VSD) systems.

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on light and heavy applied HVAC/R systems in commercial and industrial buildings.

  • Apply proven problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

  • Identify, estimate, and quote repair and upgrade solutions that extend equipment life and save energy for customers.

  • Maintain positive, professional customer relationships and build trust by consistently meeting commitments.

  • Support Carrier's Field Mechanical Services for startup and warranty activities.

  • Comply with and enforce all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.

  • Assist in Scheduling, planning and assigning tasks

  • Work-Life Balance: Our convenient on-call rotation helps ensure a better work-life balance.

  • A Supportive Team: You will have the autonomy to execute, backed by the camaraderie, continuous support, as well as Carrier service engineering support and additional resources of a dedicated team within a large, world-renowned company.
