As part of Carrier's digital transformation, this role is the Specialist for SAP WM/EWM. The SAP WM.EWM Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP WM/EWM solutions to enable efficient, scalable, and reliable warehouse operations aligned with business and logistics requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• WM/EWM Solution Design & Configuration

Configure and support SAP WM/EWM processes including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, internal movements, physical inventory, and yard management (where applicable).

• Integration with SAP Modules & Automation

Ensure seamless integration of WM/EWM with MM, SD, LE, and TM, and support interfaces with warehouse automation systems, RF frameworks, and third-party logistics providers.

• Business Requirement Analysis & Fit-to-Standard

Engage with warehouse and logistics stakeholders to gather requirements, lead fit-to-standard workshops, and translate operational needs into SAP WM/EWM functional solutions.

• Testing, Deployment & Hypercare

Prepare and execute unit and integration testing, support UAT, assist cutover activities, and provide post-go-live hypercare to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Operational Support & Issue Resolution

Handle EWM-related incidents and change requests, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance within defined SLAs.

• Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and system usage.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in information technology with hands-on responsibilities in SAP WM/ (EWM) within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments.

• Minimum 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP WM/ S/4HANA EWM project delivery or production support, covering inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including issue analysis and resolution.

• Strong knowledge of SAP WM/ S/4HANA EWM, with integration across MM, SD, LE, and TM, complemented by a strong results orientation, effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consultancy.
