About the role

This role will be responsible for leading the development, promotion, and conversion of high‑value retrofit and modernization opportunities across chiller plants, air‑side systems, and building energy performance portfolios in the Indian market. This role acts as a strategic consultant to customers, delivering technically strong, energy‑efficient, and financially attractive solutions that improve system reliability, reduce lifecycle costs, and align with sustainability goals.

The position requires deep expertise in chiller plant performance optimization, air-handling system modernization, automation and controls upgrades, ESPC/ROI-driven proposals, and compliance with Indian energy standards such as ECBC, IGBC/LEED, and BEE norms. This person will be responsible for achieving retrofit revenue targets, driving solution innovation, and strengthening AdvanTEC’s market position across key verticals including IT parks, commercial buildings, healthcare, industrial facilities, and data centres

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, promotion, and conversion of high‑value retrofit and modernization opportunities across chiller plants, air‑side systems, and building energy performance portfolios in the Indian market.

  • Act as a strategic consultant to customers, delivering technically strong, energy‑efficient, and financially optimized solutions that enhance system reliability, lower lifecycle costs, and support sustainability objectives.

  • Drive customer engagement at CXO, administrative, and facility leadership levels to build strong relationships and influence long‑term retrofit decisions.

  • Conduct detailed energy audits, identify performance gaps, evaluate system inefficiencies, and translate findings into engineered retrofit proposals.

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, service operations, and project execution to design and deliver differentiated, value‑driven solutions aligned with AdvanTEC’s advanced technologies and digital analytics offerings.

  • Develop and present ROI‑based business cases, including ESPC‑driven proposals, automation upgrades, controls modernization, and high‑performance HVAC system enhancements.

  • Ensure all retrofit solutions comply with Indian energy standards and green building norms such as ECBC, IGBC/LEED, and BEE guidelines.

  • Drive innovation in solution design, technology integration, and performance optimization to strengthen AdvanTEC’s competitive positioning in the retrofit market.

  • Achieve assigned retrofit revenue targets and maintain strong order pipeline health across strategic customer segments including IT parks, commercial buildings, healthcare institutions, industrial facilities, and data centres.

  • Provide technical leadership in chiller plant optimization, air‑handling system modernization, and digital performance monitoring to enhance customer value and operational outcomes.
