当社の事業拡大に伴い、業務用空調機器の法人向け営業強化が必須。また将来の営業人材確保・育成を目指しています。

Job Description

当社の業務用空調機器（業務用エアコン、マルチエアコン、チラー、空調換気機器）の売上拡大、電気設備資材卸商社や管材卸商社、設備工事業者、当社ビジネスパートナー及び建築業者・設計事務所等への営業を担当して頂きます。

【担当業務】

・業務用空調機器（業務用エアコン、マルチエアコン、チラー、空調換気機器）の営業活動

（受注、提案、商談、顧客折衝）

・営業先：当社業務用空調機器拡販のための電気設備資材卸商社や管材卸商社、設備工事業者、当社ビジネスパートナー及び建築業者・設計事務所など

【具体的業務】

・営業先定期訪問、現場打合せ、価格折衝、納期調整、商品説明会、見積対応、展示会対応等

・設計折込活動、提案活動等

・売上管理、納期管理、プロスペクト管理、与信管理、市場分析、競合他社分析等

Minimum Requirements

＜経験・スキル＞

【必須要件】

・普通自動車第一種免許

・営業経験者（５年以上）

【歓迎要件】

・メーカー・商社での営業経験、特に建設業界での営業経験

【他特記事項】

・優れたコミュニケーション能力と責任感

・基礎的PC操作（Excel：表、グラフ、基礎的関数、PPT：基礎的知識。Word：基礎的知識）

・北陸支店での営業経験を積み、その後全国各支社にも異動する可能性あり
